If not resolved, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms. No class or representative actions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.
