For safety reasons, bags larger than 40x30x20 cm are not permitted inside the museum. We provide a secure bag drop facility for your convenience. Additionally, because of the historical nature of the building, please be advised that staircases are narrow and accessibility may be limited. If you have any specific needs, please contact our staff upon arrival, and we will assist you accordingly.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you need to change your visit date, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry for a small processing fee of €2.50. Changes can be made through our website.
